SHIPPING POLICY

SLK Apparel is based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Some items are made or customised after we confirm an order, so production time comes before shipping time. We’ll tell you the expected timeframe for a custom order when we provide your quote or confirm your order.

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and its destination. We’ll show or confirm the delivery cost before you pay. For team or group orders, we can arrange delivery to one nominated address.

We’ll let you know when your order has been sent and provide tracking details where available. If there is a production or delivery delay, we’ll update you as soon as we can. Please contact info@slkapparel.biz if your parcel has not arrived when expected.

For orders outside New Zealand, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
