When you order from SLK Apparel, we’ll confirm the items, quantities, sizes, design, price, payment terms and expected timeframe before production begins. For custom work, production starts once you approve the required details and artwork and we've received the agreed payment.

Please check proofs and order details carefully. Colours may appear slightly different on screens and across materials. We’ll let you know if a change is needed before proceeding with an approved design.

If you give us a logo, image, name or other artwork to use, you confirm that you have permission to use it and to authorise SLK to reproduce it for your order. Your artwork remains yours. We will use it to produce your order and will ask before using your finished gear or design in our marketing.

Prices and shipping costs will be confirmed at checkout or in your quote. If something outside our control affects an order, we’ll contact you to discuss the next step. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand law.
